1. RECEIPT FROM OUR STORE
Receipt your order from our store, at 4 Katehaki Street in Heraklion, Crete. (FREE)
2. SHIPPING WITH ELTA (COURIER)
The shipment of small bulk and weight products (up to 5kg) is carried out with the courier company ELTA Courier at your place. The Minimum Shipping Cost for parcels up to 3kg is 3.80€ and for every extra kilo +0.90€. The exact shipping cost is calculated in your shopping cart, depending on your order. In case of cash on delivery, the shipping cost is charged with additional shipping costs of 2€.
3. SHIPPING WITH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
The shipment of products over 5kg or large bulk/weight parcels (eg large trees) is carried out with a cooperating transport company, in order to ensure their safest and most economical transport. The cash on delivery method is not supported for shipping products through a transport company. The exact shipping cost is calculated on your shopping cart and is for delivery to your county shipping office.
