Return - Cancellation Policy

Product Returns
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If you wish to return a product or part of the products of your order, you must notify us in writing via the contact form or by phone by calling 2810-228910. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The cost is borne by the company only in case of our own error or defect of the product that will be confirmed by us upon receipt.

Prerequisites for product return:
1) The product is in its original condition, without damage.
2) The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents
3) For items that have a special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered or damaged.
4) In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.

After returning the product, you have the following options:
- Replacement with the same product
- Replacement with another product of equal value


Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the entire order or part of it in one of the following ways:

Before completing the order, during the online ordering process you can make a "precedent" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by pressing the "delete" button on the products.

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2810-228910 and one of our representatives will cancel your order.

After receiving the product, call us at 2810-228910 or contact us via the contact form, explaining the reason you wish to cancel your order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about your options. Return costs are borne by the customer.
