1) PAY ON DELIVERY
Payment is made in cash upon delivery of your order at your place.
The cash on delivery method is charged at an additional cost of 2€ and is only applicable for orders sent with the ELTA Courier.
2) DEPOSIT IN BANK ACCOUNT
Payment is made by depositing the amount of your order in a bank account of our company. The deposit must state the reason for your order number and your name. The deposit must be made no later than 2 business days from the date of registration of your order.
After depositing the money in the bank account, you can inform us about your deposit by phone at 2810-228910 or by sending the proof of deposit by e-mail to info@poulakakis.gr for the fastest shipment of your order.

3) PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Payment via credit, debit and prepaid Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards of all banks.
The progress of your purchase is simple: After choosing the products you want to buy, you choose: Pay Online With Debit or Credit Card.
After checking the order, a new window will appear on your screen and you will automatically go (Redirection) to the special payment page of Piraeus Bank (Paycenter).
There you are informed of the amount owed and enter your card details.
The payment is processed with absolute security by the Piraeus Bank ePOS Paycenter.
You are then informed about the completion of your transaction and return to poulakakis.gr.
Important: Our website (poulakakis.gr) does not store any details of the card used to pay for your order!
4) PAYMENT IN OUR STORE
You can place your order online or by phone and pick up the products from our store at 4 Katehaki Street in Heraklion, Crete. That way, you don't have to worry about shipping costs.
In this case you will be notified by e-mail or by phone about the exact date of receipt and your best service.
Your order will remain in our store and will be reserved for you for 7 working days. After these days, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified by e-mail.
