Shipping Methods

To receive your products from our company, you can choose one of the following options:

1. RECEIPT FROM OUR STORE
Receipt your order from our store, at 4 Katehaki Street in Heraklion, Crete. (FREE)

2. SHIPPING WITH ELTA (COURIER)
The shipment of small bulk and weight products (up to 10kg) is carried out with the courier company ELTA Courier at your place. The Minimum Shipping Cost for parcels up to 2kg is 4.80€ and for every extra kilo +0.90€. The exact shipping cost is calculated in your shopping cart, depending on your order. In case of cash on delivery, the shipping cost is charged with additional shipping costs of 2€.

3. SHIPPING WITH TRANSPORT COMPANY
The shipment of products over 10kg or large bulk/weight parcels (eg large trees) is carried out with a cooperating transport company, in order to ensure their safest and most economical transport. The cash on delivery method is not supported for shipping products through a transport company. The exact shipping cost is calculated on your shopping cart and is for delivery to your county shipping office.

FREE SHIPPING

Our company, due to strategic cooperation with transport companies, provides FREE SHIPPING in specific cases, as shown below:

• ELTA COURIER: For purchases over €99, all orders have FREE Shipping throughout Greece.
• SHIPPING: For purchases over €300, all orders have FREE Shipping throughout Greece. (Deliveries to hard-to-reach areas are made by your county agency).
• CRETE & ATTICA PREFECTURE: All orders sent with a shipping company in Crete and the Attica prefecture, have FREE shipping to your county's shipping agency. (If you want home delivery, you can choose it during the ordering process for an additional fee, unless your purchases are over €300, in which case shipping is free to your place)
• RECEIPT FROM OUR STORE: Collection of your order from our store at Katehaki 4 Str in Heraklion, Crete, is FREE.
