In case of a problem with your order, you should contact us by phone at 2810 228910 or by email at info@poulakakis.gr stating the order number & your name and the problem you are facing.

8) Can I add a product to the order I just placed?

If you have completed your order and you want to add another product, you should follow one of the following ways:

- Make a 2nd order with the product you want and in the comments ask for the orders to be merged stating the number of the previous order
- Call us at 2810 228910, state your order number and name as well as the product code you want to add.
- Send us an email at info@poulakakis.gr and stating your order number and name as well as the product code you want to add.


9) What can I do if a product is missing from the order I just received?

In case a product is missing from your order, you should contact us by phone at 2810 228910 or by email at info@poulakakis.gr stating your order number & your name and the missing product. If it is available, it will be sent to you at no extra charge.

10) Which courier company do you work with?

Our store cooperates with ELTA Courier for the safe transport and delivery of your orders.

11) Is VAT included in the price listed in your online store?

The VAT on products is included in the final listed price.

12) Is there a minimum order limit?

No, there is no minimum order cost.
